We have an exciting new program called VolleyBoot Camp.
In our innovative VolleyBoot Camp, your volleyball skills will be assessed and then re-evaluated after a focused instructional session. Afterwards, you’ll sweat through a half-hour volleyball fitness circuit designed to improve your game using various equipment (medicine balls, agilitly ladders etc..)
Big City Instructor Nicole Zelek has teamed up with fitness professional Robert Wallin to deliver an intense performance-boosting program.
** Volley Boot Camp is not a substitute for our Instructional Clinics. VBC training is suited for players who want to take their existing skill set to the next level.
